Subject Overview

Within our Life Lessons, we strive to provide students with skills, attributes and knowledge that will keep students and young people safe and healthy. Furthermore, we provide them with information to support them in the wider world that is relevant to them both in the present and for their future beyond education to be happy, healthy and successful.

We cover many topics and often have outside speakers, presentations and workshops to bring specialists into the classroom and inspire the pupils. The lessons are taught by their tutor in tutor groups so that trust and knowledge of the student’s needs is always catered for when covering any sensitive topics.
